Welcome to Our Dubbel Life
He doesn’t know it yet, but She has been working away on this little website as a Christmas gift for him. It went live Christmas morning 2021 and who knows where it will go. Every year He gets more and more into beer and brewing so She figured this could be a neat project for both of them.
Years ago He and She jokingly came up with the name of their imaginary brewery, Our Dubbel Life. She doubts that either of us had even tasted a dubbel when the name was made up. But it fit and He started using it on His brewing notes so now it’s official!
For now the plan is to create somewhere for both of us to keep beer tasting notes, brewery visit info, and His homebrew recipes. If any of these notes are useful for someone else out there, even better! But keep in mind as you read, these are just His and Her opinions. Nobody tastes beer the same or likes the same vibe or aesthetic or has the same home brewing kit.
